Community has a parking lot exclusively for guests with passes provided. There are endless activities nearby from the community pool, Lido Beach, walking trails, kayaking, shelling, biking, shopping, dining or simply relaxing! You can bring your furry friend…small dogs with prior approval and $250 pet fee. Sorry, no kitties…No smoking allowed inside or out. Cottage has plenty of space to store storage bikes and kayaks during your stay. Bring your bikes or rentals are close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler and beach towels provided. ALSO. Guests are required to complete a Guest form prior to arrival. Coin operated washers and dryers are on site for your use. Welcome to the beach!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
